The one and only yard sale I have had was when I was getting ready to move up in Massachussetts. I was lucky. The house I was living in at the time was next to a freshwater beach. (Happened to be the local hangout for the college age crowd. The people would show up at the yardsale and get distracted by the hard bodies at the waters edge. Needless to say I made a fotune. (I should say they were too distracted to haggle.)
