Naw, the PEOPLE are half-starved-the civilians NOT the soldiers and the tanks have more than enough fuel to roll all the way south or sustain a intense conflict for about 6 whole months! They have stockpiled supplies for 50-years for just such an occasion and believe me they didn't let the starvation deaths of 2-million citizens get in the way of dipping into their military stockpiles they have allocated for just such an occasion as a war.
