Yesterday I picked up some more Flank Steak as well as a commercial Chimichuri Marinade. (Hey I like Flank Steak, around here it's the same price as cheap Hamburger.) As soon as I got home I dropped the steaks and the entire jar of marinade in a Ziploc. I made sure the meat was well covered before putting it in the fridge.
This evening I pulled the steak out of the fridge and tossed it on a nice hot grill, then I turned off the Gas. (I knew what was coming.)
As soon as the steaks hit the grill the flames started. When I closed the top I had jets of flame coming out the sides of the grill. After three minutes I open the grill and flip the steaks causing more flames. I again close the top and let the flames cook the steaks.
Out freaking standing. Tender and tasty.
