I gotta say that it’s hard work being a lazy asshole. Who has time to call anyone? The joke used to be that, like women, trump does this because he knows nothing about being granted consent, but now it’s like he and his campaign are just actively trying to piss artists off. It’s baffling because I could’ve sworn Lee Greenwood, Kid Rock, and Teddy Nuggets had more than enough hit songs in their catalog to go around.

As said on another thread, these music licenses need to be reworked/reworded to EXCLUDE all political use so there can be no confusion.

Create a new type of license for those uses that directly take in artist consent.
