Hey, i'm new to LIT, read a few posts and found them very informative. Now for my question, When i'm messing around with my girlfriend, whether we're having sex or she's giving me oral, for the first orgasm, i cum quite easily. You can do a couple of things to hold off cuming too soon. First off, if you haven't had sex in a while, masturbate a few hours before hand. That will take the edge off and give you a longer fuse so to speak.

Next thing you can do is to actually talk to your girlfriend. Meaning tell her to stop before she makes you cum if you don't want to cum just yet. You should know your own body enough to recognize the signs of imminent spooging. So tell her to slow down.

If you're coming too soon during PIV sex, use a condom, that will delay the action considerably since if you're like me, you can't feel a damn thing when wearing a raincoat. Also try varying your strokes. Stop them completely then restart them. I like the feel of being lodged inside my wife, so its not unusual for me to stop for a minute or longer and just enjoy the sensation. A slower, shallower stroke should lengthen the time you need. Whereas a faster, deeper stroke will shorten it.
