Good eye... the same nipples been photoshopped onto two different pictures. Along with some additional cut and paste work. If its a pirated picture then it makes it more difficult to photo search. If it's not then its just some bad photo editing.

hopefully op answers, but to me they look like the scar gel areola circles, in theory worn by women who are recovering from breast reduction/lift surgeries in order to reduce the scarring. though in actually, they are more often seen worn by female bloggers/paid product reviewers in pictures or videos advertising Chinese knock off skin care to get free chinese knock off skin care.

OK, that's enough. Do you have links to the originals that these were made from? If so, please share with the class. If not, leave him be.

For anybody posting on AmPics you can take any two pictures and ask why the skin tone is different on those. And the answer will be "just because". Take a piece of white paper and make a set of pictures: right by the window on a sunny day, one yard away from a window, three yards, turn on room lights, go to the bathroom and turn on lights there, with flash, without flash, ... Then crop just the white page from all of these and make a composite so that you can look at all of them at the same time. I highly doubt you will see even two perfectly matching whites there.
