If it wasnt fer youre son,,, I'd suggest a few comfy pillows, either the bedroom or couch (depending on T.V. placement) ,
the remote, & a decent size bottle of Jack Daniels. Or rum if you prefer. No tequila type stuff. Or your fave. (no wine either. sorry)

50ml Scotch whisky
25ml fresh lemon juice
12.5ml Honey
75ml hot water
1 Cinnamon stick
5 whole cloves
2 lemon slices
Pour all ingredients into a toddy glass and stir until blended

**note- best served very hot
