Dinner: Pork Roast that simmered in gravy all day, mashed taters, salad (lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, green peppers, celery and cucumber) and spinach...last minute addition..butt...my son asked for it and who am I to say no to more veggies when an 8yr old ASKS for them?!?
