Welcome to Literotica.

Make them smaller! Use Irfanview or a similar program to reduce their size, and make them into jpg's with about a 60% compresion rate save them to your computer, then upload them as attachments.

Or host them on your own web space (only works if you can "hot link" to them), and then use the tags (the postcard looking icon on the reply box).
