Historical stories?

I was wondering If any one here has done or attempted a Storyline on the history of sex. There is many fascinating subject's, from Sodam & Gomarah to the story of O,

From The ancient Romans, to De Sade.

What do you all think? I might need some placing the date's correct, But I think It could make a good story, esp. If we make It one couple witnessing the various event's through there own eye's.

Maybe a time travel theme, don't know what do you think?

So Is this an idea worth pursuing ? I only ask , because I think It would be nice for myself, A first time writer, To try and compose such a story, with the guidebce, of course of some voulenteers.

hehe, as I'm sure you've noticed, Spelling is my own personal fault.


So who would be interested in such an endevour?

BTW I'm dyslexic, so my spelling should be held up to the highest standards

Question(s): Would this be a series? A saga of some sort? How would the characters be linked together through time? Would they be linked? Or would this be more the like the "History of the World" movies?

I'm curious (as you can probably tell).

It seems that many people at Lit are interested in Historical erotic stories. I don't see why your request/idea would be any different.

There have been some good questions asked to you, though. Like Mona asked, are you looking for a continuing saga that blends the years together? Or, are you looking for bits and pieces of history to be picked at and written about?

Also, I like your time travel idea. The couple (or whoever?) would have to be voyeurs only, though, as to not disrupt the course of history. (Think back to Back to the Future... lol)

In a word, YES.

Perhaps a sexual version of H.G.Wells' The Time Machine exploring the future?

Or a sexually oriented "visit the past" arrangement, the future being impossible because it hasn't happened so we can only go backwards.

Remember if you can go and look only (a peephole into the past) but anywhere you want, the past starts one microsecond ago. Maybe a tie up with robinofloxley who wants a Princess Diana story, e.g. "did she or didn't she?".

screw the time machine theory, how about some good what if stories in historical settings. or maybe a more quantum leap type time travel thing but with a godlike figure of unknown form or intent. scifi history.

I kind of like both Ideas; Time Machine and Quantum Leap.I Would like to pursue this line of thought. Is any one interested?

Maybe from a poor deal between Adam And Llilith? Causing the man to experience the whole gambit of Historical Sex, while working towards, a time Machine to go back and stop the Originator of his curse?
