My story idea.
a young irish girl abducted by vikings made a slave, and bought by a handsome Norseman* (who just happens to speak english). she had been brutalised by her original captors, but she falls in love with her new owner, and he falls for her too. he helps her overcome her fears and teaches her about pleasure and passion.

*think big, blonde, blue eyed Germanic type.

is this story idea worth persuing?

I'm looking forward to reading it. My first love is Fantasy novel writing, with Historical a close second. My preferred period is Classical Greece and the Age of the Etruscans, but I've always loved the Dark Ages as well.

I love historical romance as well...most (okay, ALL) the stuff I've written to date is modern times. Maybe I'll try some historical stuff. But I like 1800's and late 18th century myself, not so much medieval.

We (Lord Arthur and I) could always use some more help. We have the outline and character sketches done already and are putting the finishing touches on the story. However, it still needs more as I think we might split it into two parts.
