Hints! Hints! Hints!

I'm pretty sure I posted this in my pm, but I'll repeat just in case I left out something...

I love chocolate and teddy bears. Something I think I didn't mention is that I love pajamas. I don't think I put my size though and I'm not mentioning it here so if anyone wants to get me pjs, then they'll have to pm EL to find out.

I have pierced ears but cannot wear anything other than gold as it causes my ears to get infected, so I think that would probably count earrings out as a gift.

I don't like candles or perfumes because they give me a headache.

Oh, I also LOVE Dale Earnhardt Jr.... (he's a NASCAR driver for those not in the know).

That's all I can think of at the moment.

You forgot to mention that bulldozers make you horny............

When I was ten, I had to stay overnight at the hospital to have my tonsils removed, and my mother bought me a small (10 inches or so from nose to tail), and I'm sure very expensive, Eeyore from the hospital gift shop.

I still have him. :D

Awww, bless, how lovely. :rose:

My grumpy bear was a gift from God. *grins*

to cut a long story short, I wanted a care bear, I was 6/7 and I really, really, really wanted a cre bear for my birthday but mum just could not afford to buy me one, they were too expensive for her budget. However, the ltitle shop on the end of the road had my grumpy bear in the window and they had a Christmas club so mum was able to buy him over a period of weeks. It was like a little miracle. *grins*. I kept him 'til he literally fell apart, then my sister, bless he,r bought me a new one. Grumpy even went into hospital with me when I was giving birth! *L*

Just to show how sappy a guy can get . . . .

When I was born, my grandmother on my mother's side brought me a little orange bear with blue ears. He was the first gift I ever received, and according to my mother, as soon as I came home from the hospital (after spending three weeks under fluroescent lights -- I was jaundiced -- with my left leg in a cast -- my foot had become stuck in one of my mother's ribs, so it was twisted all the way around) I latched onto that bear right away.

That was over thirty-six years ago, and I still have the little guy. He's seen better days (as have I), and he remains the only companion I have always kept with me. Well . . . except for those six or seven months of training in the Army, of course. ;)

Awwwwwwww, cute.
I'd still have mine except he fell apart, literally. That's what about 20 years of hugging and cuddling in bed does to ya *L*

Honestly, I'm surprised the little guy is still in one piece. When I think back to some of the things I subjected him to as a kid . . . .

Just goes to show that some friends never leave ya. ;)

On the topic of teddy's, i got a little stuffed pink bunny when i was born.

I was born 9 weeks premature, and the little thing was in my incubator with me all the time i was in hospital, and there are loads of pics of me as a baby holding it by the ears or arm and dragging it around.

I thought mum threw him away last year, but we were sorting my sisters' teddy's out on sunday i think and he was amongst those! so now he's sitting on my desk :D

I received not a stuffed teddy but a lamb with a music box in it when I was a baby. It was fleecy white and soft. My mom said she played the music for me when she put me to bed.

Sht sewed a patch over the bottom to hold the music box in when I wore out the material from holding it there. It's no longer white, not a spot of fleece left and the music long stopped.

But then again, I'm 51, so it isn't a young lamb either.

Zade, you have to keep wondering as I do *giggles*

I still have my bear that my grandma bought just before I was born. I still sleep with it (Mark thinks its cute). Its threadbare and worn but I love it.

She's called Cuddles. *g*
