I'm not sure what inally means, but she'll only run if Al Gore really pisses her off and/or her pollsters tell her she's got a REALLY good chance of winning.

Therefore, I don't think '04 is her year to come out... I mean, to run for the Presidency.

Oh I fully believe she will run, but she is not charming enough to get the "Billy Bob" vote. The "Rosie O" vote is a lock for her obviously, and possibly the "educated elitists" if they can break away from hugging a tree. The "Joe six pack" and the "Reagan Democrat" votes (assuming they awaken from the hangover in time, one from booze, the other from nastalgia) would never vote for Hillary in great amounts. She will run, she will get extreme media coverage (nearly all positive even though common sense says it should not be), she will make huge waves and eventually get the Democrats rear ends kicked in the General Election.

'04 would be too soon to do so. There was no doubt in my mind when she ran for Senate that her aspirations were much higher.

After all, it isn't as if they need the money. Bill's speaking engagements keep them in a lifestyle to which they have always wanted to become accustomed to. (Presidents don't really make that much money lol)

Of course, I don't follow politics as closely as many, but has she really set the world on fire in her seat with the Senate?

Despite her claims to the contrary, I believe it is entirely possible Hillary will try to get on the 2004 Democrat ticket as the VP candidate.

Whether she will be successful or not certainly depends on the nominee. But, I expect her to try.

Without question, Hillary has alternate plans to run for re-election to the Senate in 2006, and then run while still a Senator in 2008 under the LBJ Law.

Hillary Clinton is a lot of things.....most of them bad or evil; but she's far from stupid, and may be one of the most dangerously ambitious people I've ever seen in public life.

God help us if she ever gets back into the White House except on a visitor's pass.
