Blaine MacDaniels

Olivia....
Where was she? He growled inwardly to his thoughts and glanced over at the woman in his bed. Tears and blood stained her face as she slept, curled up into a ball. He slightly smiled and turned to grab his pack. Then he grabbed his hat and left the cabin. His horse outside already loaded up and ready for the trip. Blaine climbed on and raised his eyebrows,"Gonna find ya Livia, and when I do, your gonna pay."

Olivia

Olivia settled into bed and stared up at the ceiling, she had so much she wanted to talk about, but she could not find the words. She needed to tell Gabriel about Blaine, she knew that if Blaine found her, she was as good as dead. She did not want to marry Blaine MacDaniels, it was a deal her father had struck with the MacDaniels family long before she was of marrying age.

Rumors were strong among the woman of how Blaine MacDaniels treated his lovers. Horrific tales about abuse, beating his woman till she was half dead. The stories scared her, and she knew they were true! Blaine MacDaniels was a beast, and she was being forced to marry him. No, she had to leave, to get away...

Hopfully Gabriel would be able to protect her...

Gabriel:

He had never practiced sword play. But living on a farm, that builds up certain strengths. Weilding an axe, for one. He watched Falcon, mimicing her as best he could, the style and grace of her movements was astounding though.

Father Gibson

We started eating. "Beside me you are the only other person that has ever been in here. This places is where I come to find peace and to remeber better times. You know tommorow maybe you can cook. There is somithing I liked eat while I was in your land. It was called kimchi. Do you know how to make. I would love to learn how to make if you do."

Falcon

Turning to face Gabriel, Falcon held her sword aloft.

"alright, now try and strike me. Don't look at me like that, just do you best to try and strike me. I guarantee you wont hit me."

Falcon was begining to think a demonstration with a little exercize might be in order and wondered if MeeSa would be interested in a sparing match. With her blade held ready, she waited for him to move.

Gabriel:

Seeing no point to arguing with Falcon, Gabriel took a swing at her as she had commanded. He swung in a overhead motion much like he used to with the axe, back home.

She dug delicately into the meal. "You like kimchi? Have you been to Korea?"

Father Gibson

"Yes I have been to Korea. Korea,Japan,China, and some island that I can't rember the name of.I have been all over this great land. But that is enought about why don't you tell me alittle about yourself."

"There isn't that much to tell. I am from Korean and I'm travelling in search of a Japanese Bastard," she murmured non-comittally. "Why don't you tell me a little about this land? I am not familiar with the area. And how you came to be here. Did they assign you here?"

Father Gibson

"There is alot about this country you need to be carefull of. One there is a war going on.Two there are people here that would try and make a slave of you. They would bring out west to lay train tracks.pLus there are many people here that will try and take advange of you. Some that will try and kill you for no reason. But as long as I am around I will not allow any harm to come to you."

Falcon

Blocking his swing with ease, Falcon turned, twisting her blade around his and flicking it out of his hand, sending it up into the air. She rached out and caught it before it hit the ground, spinning it about and ofering him the hilt once more.

"Your blade is an extension of your body. Losing it i like losing a limb, or your head. Try and keep it in your hand. Lets try again shall we?"

Gabriel:

Blinking, the awe of seeing Falcon's prowess showing on his face, Gabriel took the offered sword back in hand. This time he gripped it tightly. Stepping back, he awaited his teacher's instructions.

Falcon

Falcon showed him one move after another, two hours had past and he was showing a definate improvement.

"You're doing well Gabriel, but that is enough for today. Now you are going to need a hot bath and a massage, or your going to hurt tomorrow. You might be immortal but you can still feel pain. Come, I'll show you to the baths, and get your massage organised."

Gabriel:

His clothing was indeed soaked in sweat, and he felt rather tired as he followed Falcon back to the church. "And what about you?" He asked innocently, wondering if this woman ever tired out, as she looked as energetic as when they started the training.

OOC: Now I'm confused. Which war is going on? The revolutionary or the war between the states?

IC: "I've come across these men already." My face tightened in displeasure. "I am capable of defending myself. I would have not lived for as long as I have otherwise."

"I am fine, I will tend to your needs, then my own" She led him to the bath house where there was a large stone tub filled with steaming water. Falcom stripped without a care that he was standing there, and stepped into the water. turning to give him a curious look. Nudity was not something that bothered her one bit.

"You getting in or do you expect me to massage you out there?"

Gabriel Martin:

Gabriel was surprised by Falcon's forwardness, and so turned his eyes to the floor. He hesitantly stepped forward, pulling off his shirt though, then his pants, and finally, his undergarments. He quickly stepped into the water and sunk down, so he was partially hidden from her sight.

OOC: KM, its the revolutionary war, I don't know why people keep mistaking it for the civil war... Gabriel Martin comes from The Patriot even... Sheesh! Or was it I who was inconsistant?

OOC: Jerahmeel and Cryo are. The West was an unknown quantity during the Revolutionary period. There were no trains in the colonies during that time and very few chinese persons. Anyone reaching the east coast from the Pacific generally sailed around Cape Horn in South America to do so. The Panama Canal hadn't been built and no one really knew they could cross the country. Never saw the Patriot.

Falcon

Falcom was mildly amused at Gabriels shyness, but paid it no mind.

"Turn around, i'll massage your sholders first."

Gabriel:

He did so, shifting within the tub, his back exposed to Falcon, the youthful musculature finely toned from years of working on his parents farm. He breathed slowly, in and out as he lowered his head slightly, the strong lines of his broad shoulders exposed now as well.

Olivia

She could not sleep, no matter which way she turned she could not get comfortable. Her mind torturing her with thoughts of Blaine. She was scared, and she knew he must be looking for her by now. Sitting up in the bed, she wiped the cold sweat from her brow and sighed loudly. What would she do? Should she go find Gabriel and tell him immediately, or wait till morning. Either way, she knew they had a good day or so head start on Blaine, but maybe it was best if she did not waste the time. Her thoughts weighed heavy, and she felt tears flow down her cheeks.

She thought of Gabriel and when she first saw him in the barn. His eyes drawing her in, she blushed, feeling the heat rising in her body. Shaking her head she stood and went to the door. Maybe she should try to eat something, it might help her sleep better.

"I puracutice Engulish, neh?" Meesa ventured into the extremely long silence from the Priest. He seemed to be staring of into space, reminsicing. She vaguely wondered if he was okay. "Risuh is choahyo. Gooduh."

Falcon

Lathering her hands, she began to work the tight muscles in Gabriels back, pressing hher thumbs hard in either side of his spin.

"Relax Gabriel, I'm not going to bite you, I promice."

It had been a long time since she had touched a man, and the feeling now was bittersweet, but she had a duty to him now, and she would see it through, no matter what her feeling were.

Olivia

Her bare feet padded down the hall, as she searched the rooms, finally finding the kitchen. Someone had left some bread on the table so she set to making herself a sandwhich, then sat down in one of the chairs. Glancing around she shivered from how silent the whole place seemed to be. It made her feel lonely....

"Thank you for your generosity and the fine dinner," she murmured, getting to her feet. The Father was obviously lost in thought somewhere and she didn't want to disturb him.

Meesa bowed on her way out. Instead of heading back to her room, she went exploring.
