I am a bit surprised. I had an opportunity to write a few incest shorts for paid publication. The ones that were not selected I posted here to just get some feedback. I was shocked when in less than 20 days my incest stories had tens of thousands of more hits then stories I have had posted for years. Has anyone else found this, or did I just get a good word-of-mouth string going with my incest stories?

There's a bit of crossover from what I have found. The incest stories have tongues everywhere

And yes, my incest stories have tens of thousands, up into the hundreds of thousands of views more than my other stories, which are down around 14 to 24 thousand views (whereas Over the Sink Ch 1 has over 240,000 views, if I remember correctly).

yes, incest stories are wildly popular. one of mine is over a couple hundred thousand, which is quite a bit; even if only one fifth actually read the thing, it's nice. such popularity is needless to say, with the lower class--the most numerous-- of readers.

of course the better class of people here at AH, the literoticati--almost all of them--make of point of saying they are repulsed by and never read these stories (even the few who write them, very occasionally), esp. the ones with parents and 'children' (i.e., adult children).

Yep, Incest stories are very popular here. They also as a whole score very well. I did a little study a while back, and found that overall it has the highest rate of "H" scores among stories on the "New" pages.

Literotica has a lot of readers who never set foot on the message boards. As a group then tend to enjoy incest, in addition to liking "stroke" stories far more than a lot of the people around here do.
