So I see a lot of threads that start with titles something like "I'm shy please be nice" or "my first time... should I post more?" I rarely see someone come in cock of the walk, with a yea, I'm hot attitude (well that's sort of what I said something like two maybe three years ago... that's besides the point).

Opinion sought, ...opinion gained I feel that the word "shy" in the thread title is often mis used...possibly nervous....possibly "bricking it 'cos I am worried you'se all going to slag me off" might be better....but it certainly has an appeal all it's own to most people, and would help deflect any potential negative comments.
It is difficult to see how a genuinely "shy" person would be able to post up pics of their naughty bits in the 1st place.

As to which type I prefer....I am probably too brash myslef to prefer a ballsy, in-your-face type, so I guess a little bit shy suits me best.
