A pump will make it larger over time (when erect) and hang lower (when not erect) IF you continue using it (kind of like bodybuilding). You can read my experience with a pump here . Unless you are ABNORMALLY small, stick with what you have.

I was having a discussion with my roomie today about a bunch of different sexual things and how our generation perceives them, and I brought up men and penis size. I'd like to know who started the whole "bigger is better" concept, because they started all this crapola that makes guys worry about their 6" normal and perfectly fine penis being too small. It's like breasts; some prefer larger and some prefer smaller, but the size of them won't really affect how you perform in bed. Yeesh.
