I am new to this site, and I love what I have seen so far!

Basic info on me: I am married, with 2 small kids (6 & 11 months). My hubby is a Marine, and he just left for a year long deployment in Afghanistan. Bummer!! I live and work in the Bay Area of California.

I am always interested in meeting new friends, as I don't really have too many right now.

How long is your husband going to be gone, do you know? I am sure that he misses you and kids and I hope that he gets to come home soon for you. Then you won't be quite as lonely.
