i love the first day of school after summer or winter break. for that short time you don't mind the walk to class. your professors aren't obnoxious and there is no one in your class that you want to strangle with your scarf. everything is a fresh start eventually that wears off... school becomes tiresome and the workload grinding... but for now i'm just excited about all the stuff i get to learn.
