Dracula, in the stoker book, did not eat. He set the table for Harker but was always absent. I don't believe he could become a vegetarian, with no diet whatever.

I researched vamp stuff for a short story once. Ever heard of Bunnicula?

They buy or acquire a bunny and then discover his food, a carrot, now completely white, almost translucent, with fang marks in it.

Great kid's book about a vegetarian vampire.
