Thank you so much for that advice, I really appreciate it!!!! It's kind of tough just throwing myself out there, especially because most people seem to have so much experience. I have no real life experience with BDSM and that really irks me. I'm assuming you've already read through the BDSM Library sticky at the top of the forum? If not, that's the best place to get some knowledge under one's belt, IMO. If so, what topics are of interest to you? You might start by searching for threads on those (there are detailed instructions on using the search function effectively in the "FAQs Before Posting" sticky on the main How To forum page, and be sure to check out HotCappucino's instructions on searching Lit with Google in that sticky, too).
Otherwise, if you can't find something or need more situation-specific info, just ask!
