HHS: Expect Another Round of Obamacare “Glitches” With HealthCare.gov When Rebuilt Site GoesOver two billion dollars on a single website and they still can’t get it right.

Via The Hill:

Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell is expecting at least some snags during the second year of ObamaCare sign-ups.

“We will have things that won’t go right. We will have outages, we will have downtime,” Burwell said Monday in a discussion hosted by the Center for American Progress.

Even after hundreds of federal workers spent months rebuilding the site, Burwell warned that some customers would run into glitches.

“Something will happen. What we need to do is be transparent, be fast and get it fixed,” Burwell said in one of her many public appearances ahead of open enrollment on Nov. 15.

The Obama administration has felt the pressure to improve the functioning of its much-maligned HealthCare.gov website. Burwell, formerly the head of the government budget office, was brought in after last year’s disastrous rollout, which prompted her predecessor, former HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, to resign.

HHS Drops Expectations For Obamacare Enrollment By 4 Million…

Shhh…

Via The Blaze:

The Department of Health and Human Services on Monday estimated that about 9 million people would be enrolled in an Obamacare health plan by the end of 2015, 4 million less than an estimate from a separate government agency.

The Congressional Budget Office estimated that 13 million people would be enrolled in Obamacare by 2015. But HHS Secretary Sylvia Burwell was already backing off that number a month ago, a sign that she didn’t believe it could reach that target.

HHS released its predictions to reporters at 1 p.m., but Burwell spoke in Washington soon after and said HHS is hoping for a bit more than 9 million after 2015.

“The number that we are going to aim for this year is 9.1 million,” she said.

Unbelievable: NYT spins the HHS estimate of 2015 Obamacare enrollees down 30+% as ‘room to grow’

It's really, really popular and it the Republicans even DARE try to repeal it, they will never, ever win another election just as we predicted in 2008; that the party of the Racist, Misogynist South would never be able to cobble together a majority of the voters...

;)

Ash Bin of History!

the BEST idea I heard

is the REPOZ should make their OWN proposal and PASS IT

and give EVERYONE the option of

ObolaCare

or

RepohCare

They are lowering expectations so when they (inevitably) fall short of anything that a rational person would call a success, they will say that" the lower number was even better than we hoped!!
