Weeeell, a friend hinted about the washing machine... and guess what?

It really does vibrate!

WSO...

Is that during the regular cycle, or when the basket unbalances during spin dry?

Why do you always have to twist everything around to make it about sex, manxy?

Perv.

Twist?

You mean you have to twist things to be about sex? I thought everything was just inherently about sex and you really had to pervert things to make them NOT about sex!

Sex. Sex?

Ahh ... the Delicate and Cotton cycles for you, then. With full, warm rinses, of course.

(You don't put me in mind of a Permanent Press kinda gal, but I could be wrong.)

not a permanent press kinda girl?

oh Manxy dear, are you stereotyping?

;)

whatever happened to Quasimodem?

Anyone remember how the TV sitcom "Mad about You" got into trouble a few years back for showing Jaime (Helen Hunt), and the British neighbor discovering the joys of laundry. Too risque for an 8 PM show, critics said.

Too young, thank God. Remember when they did it on Scrubs though.

Not sure about this.......

I seem to be missing something here. Are you folks talking about sitting on a washing machine while it's running? Never tried that, but I will if you recommend it.

People go to college and major in ballet? I'll bet that's a really tough course.

Much tougher than football by all accounts.

Ballet Dancing is hard work

Informed Australian Males regard ballet dancing as an alternative to Aussie Rules as the world's toughest sport.

Being a male Australian ballet dancer requires a significant knowledge of martial arts to defend oneself against allegations of being a "poufter". A significant fitness level is essential to be able to lift the Australian sheilas who take up ballet dancing. The Australia females are built to more generous dimensions than their delicate European counterparts.

"Informed Australian Males" is of course a contradictory statement.

Dear Og,
They're considered to be slightly better informed than trees.

Boy, was I naive ...

Because the Freshman dorms had only showers and not bath tubs, it wasn't unusual to find a female ballet students sitting on top of a top loading washer, with their legs stuck in the hot water.

They said it was to soothe their aching leg muscles.

Sitting on top of an electric-powered machine, sticking feet in water - I wouldn't recommend that...:(

When I talked to my mum this morning, she said that I was perverted.

"Why, mum," I said, "you say that like it's a BAD thing!"
