Somehow totalitarianism and authoritarianism got mixed in when one person or a smaller group of people decided they would rather have control and make all the decisions.

He reminds me of another poster that was around three or so years ago. I do not recall the name but it was using a brown 16th-17th Century illustration of sorts as an AV. The presumption of knowledge and demonstrated ignorance are identical.
