This is the best resource I've found on female ejaculation thus far. Page 2 has some great tips on getting there, though it seems the keys for most women are prolonged arousal and relaxing/letting go completely.

Just curious about your relationship dynamic. Many guys would be turned on by the thought that you are bicurious. It sounds to me like this may not be the right guy for your sexuality if he is the type that would be grossed out if you were to tell him. I know you are young but if you want to eventually get anywhere with someone long term then it all starts with communication.
