Baldini Solves 'Attack Goose' Mystery

The goose who had been terrorizing New Jersey shoppers is now the subject of a mystery.
NBC 10's Bill Baldini went to Cherry Hill on Friday to get a glance at the goose, which had been perched on top of a shopping center and harassing consumers.
But the bird was nowhere to be found.
Then NBC 10 and one animal center received a call that the goose had been removed overnight. NBC 10 also noticed that yellow caution tape at the attack scene had also been removed.
Police, however, said they didn't know what happened to the goose - or the yellow tape.
NBC 10 also contacted four local humane societies and they had no knowledge of a goose abduction.
Then, on cue, a goose appeared and flew on top of the wall, at the same scene of the attacks. However, the goose soon left with another goose.
But the mystery was solved when Baldini tracked down a federal biologist, who confirmed the goose and its nest were removed overnight Thursday for its own safety.
So the tale of the New Jersey attack goose is over, for now.
NBC 10 will let viewers know if more information about the goose is made available.
