write a story about masturbation (without toys). Under which section (if any at all) could we put it? To make things easier I could of course include the size of my member which would make it a Humor & Satire story *g*, but are there any other options?

Hmmm...I'd have to read the story to know for sure. If he/she's masturbating in public or with the possibility of being caught, it would more than likely go to the Exhib/Voyeur category. If she was masturbating while fantasizing about a woman, it might go to Lesbian; if it were a he thinking about another man it might fit in Gay Male. The Erotic Couplings category grows larger every day, and I do my best not to classify anything in it unless it just absolutely does not fit anywhere else.

We've considered adding a masturbation category, but the problem with adding a cat dedicated to a form of sex is that it's fairly non-specific. There's oral sex in every category on the site. If we pulled those to make a Oral Sex category, the other cats would shrink down and the Oral cat would contain assorted subject matter, from bondage to transsexuals to Romance...It would defeat the purpose of categorization - which is to allow readers to find stories that interest them easily (and just as importantly, to avoid subjects they wish to avoid).

That said, we do have plans to add an Anal Sex category. We're making this exception after noting that "anal" is consistently one of the top search terms. I probably won't be pulling stories out of anywhere except our bloated Erotic Couplings category to fill the Anal category - unless the story REALLY revolves around anal sex. If anyone can think of any stories that would fit well in anal, drop me a line.

No problem, it´s a related topic. I´m afraid in my story (got more than one word page already) fits into neither gay, lesbian, nor voyeur - well, perhaps it´s a little bit voyeuristic, but not due to the plot *g*.

Yes, that would definitely be the case with oral stories, and I don´t think it´s necessary to create a new cat for these.

But masturbation - and I mean masturbation-ONLY stories (no blowjobs or anything else) - wouldn´t make the other categories smaller and with so many people doing it, I´m sure it would become a big category itself and as opposed to oral stories, masturbation is rather 'specific', so the other categories wouldn´t be hurt (perhaps only making the toy cat smaller, but it´s small anyway).

So what do you say? Shall there be a new category?
