Number 1) I'm writing this on my PS3 but thats not the point
I am a eagar story writer and I get these great ideas out of nowhere but my brain only seems to want to do the beginning, a few key points then the end and that makes a pretty crap story (unless it's a time travel story then it works) So I'm not really asking for ideas just help/tips from any writer that can write a full story on how to add more detail and backstory. Pretty much any help would be appreciated.
(I'm manly doing this cause I don't want my first (posted) erotica to leave a bad taste in your mouth about me)

C.I.T.M

It may be mindset. Youve seemed to define 3 key points and everything in between is just bulk to keep it from being too short/shallow whatever.

If you want a good story it ALL should serve the plot. Theres the intro of the plot (your "beginning") and climaxes (your sex Im assuming) and a resolution (tho some skip that here)

Make it ALL about the plot.Always work towards it. You increase your readers appetite and your own.

I have a mechanical devise that works for me...

I keep backtracking. Most of the time I have only a general idea or plot line when I first start writing a story. I'll put down what I have so far, then go back and read it after a day or so; I almost always come up with improvements. I either rewrite or add to what I have.

I find I usually write a boring story if I think of a plot then try to stick with it to the end. I write from the hip as they say, thinking as I go merrily along my way through the story, re-reading, backtracking, adding, subtracting...

Instead of doing this, what if my character did that instead? Yeah, that works, then if I add another here and a little more there, it works even better.

Again, it's what works for me; that doesn't necessarily mean it'll work for you but you could certainly try it...I won't even charge for the suggestion. :)

Everyone has their different modes of writing. For me, like nakdsub, I do better free flowing, with just a general idea of where a story is heading. What makes it travel along though is the characters. I'll be the first to admit, I don't always succeed, but a story is the characters involved. If you can focus on them, then a lot of the middle stuff will come naturally as the characters evolve and move towards climax!

Here's my trick. I write backwards from the hot action.

I get straight to the hot stuff in my mind with one of three methods for storydevelopment. I find a hot situation with characters I am already involved in and walk backwards to "where does this begin?" and start writing from there.

Method 1: Real People, Really Hot
In Sisters' Indulgent Secret, I took two sisters I already know and our very real relationship and imagined me observing them in a family loving situation and that became the series. It was hot for me because when I was youger we really were quite close and I could see the story actually playing out in my mind.

Method 2: Alternate versions
In Take Lunch: Adult Programming I was imagining a TV program my kids watch called The Fresh Beat Band and wondering how strange it mustcbe to be 20-somethings working on a kids' show and though I'd indulge my fantasy about two of them in the shower and that became this dual first person wbout what goes on in his head and her head.

Method: Cast a Porno
In To The Victor, The Spoils, I took a scenario that I found hot - A French Woman shamed by her countryman for having sex with a Nazi during the occupation being courted by an understanding wet-behind-the-ears rookie American who comes to understand what Europeans have had to endure in this war before we got involved - but couldn't seem to get excited about. So I cast actors in the roles. Sofie was a younger Marion Cotillard and Heath was a kind of Ewan McGregor. I thought - that would be the hottest movie I ever saw.

In each case I saw the climax in my mind and then built the opening of the story as the setup for that climax.

I'm also one of those go-with-the-flow writers. Starting with a general idea, some characters in a certain situation and then guide them into the next situation (something erotic of course).
And with guiding I mean: I have my characters, form an idea about them in my head (not the looks - that usually follows later when needed), then let them interact with the world around them, which is presented by me trying to steer them in the correct direction.
Example, let's keep it not so original. You have a college student, that receives an invitation to a party. Now who's going to reject that? Then at the party some suggest to play some games - spin the bottle or so. Will she join? Or just watch? She doesn't know many people there, so just watches the game. But then that hot bloke she's always had a fancy for joins the game - now what? She gets a bit jealous when she sees him kiss another girl. What will she do? Join the game, or leave the party in frustration? Both options allow for plenty of further plots.
