Why do people have a sig line, and also sign each and every post? Is that doubly-redundant? Is there some sort of secret board code that says you need to type the same thing at the bottom of each post, so people don't get confused as to who actually posted that? Is it a fear that their identity will be stolen, and the only thing that will prove it was them is the "Edited by..." at the bottom?
