would announce this sort of crap...
Hijacking the Iraqi Weapons list and spiriting it away to Washington so that his own experts can say whatever Bush wants them to say, has only served to confirm what most of us knew already...that Bush is a fool. Only a fool would get his team to announce that and expect to be believed.
It would have been better if the announcement had come from the Security Council...
But then, it is Bush we're talking about...

US says Iraq dossier omits known weapons
US officials have said that Iraq's arms dossier omits information on chemical and biological weapons and fails to explain other purchases that US intelligence has linked to an alleged nuclear programme.
They said that the 12,000-page report, being analysed by the CIA and other bodies, largely rehashed old declarations and contained little new information. It did nothing to alter the US belief that Iraq possessed chemical and biological weapons and was pursuing nuclear weapons.
