I find ribeye a little tough and fillet steak is very nice, but too pricey for the amount you get. You cant beat a nice bit of medium rare rump ;-)

Well, I don't read much romantic poetry, or romantic anything, but that's a good one.

I think I deserve a kiss on the cheek for that if you ever make your way down to Florida. :eek: heh

favorite steak:
home raised of course, 1 1/2in thick cut porter house, grilled med rare with sauteed mushrooms in butter and wine, iron skillet fried green beans in bacon with chopped onion and fresh garlic, sweet baked potato with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and fresh sour dough rolls....
mmmmmmmmm......tasty
 
and for dessert..........
