Do you use any of their products?

Do you sell for them?

I've been watching CNBC all day today and it's becoming a big brouhaha.

It's a scam and the product is crap.

It's a pyramid scam though, not a ponzi one.

I seem to remember there was something they got busted for a while ago, here....
They were making claims on their products that weren't backed up, so the consumer commision ordered that they change them.
Something like 'Assists in weight loss' had to be changed to 'May assist with weight loss' or something like that.

I don't use their stuff. Overpriced for what you get imo.

My bad, that's what he called it. A pyramid scam.

It's funny, he's short the stock and by bad mouthing it he is making millions. To me that's market manipulation.

It sounds like a made up fuss to move the stock.

The whole purpose of these dumbass television stock market channels is to attract the gullible for the benefit of marketeers and salespeople.

Its MLM (multi level marketing.) They make money off of signing up new people rather than selling product. I am told their vitamins are okay, but over priced.

I have a good friend who can make serious money at MLM but then what usually happens is the companies tend to change their policies in response them. Places like Mary Kay don't want to hand out tons of pink caddies, so my friends sues them to get their money back and some profit. Very few people can sell at that level. My friend used to sell for a multinational with a several billion dollar quota several decades ago, they could make money at it but they can make money at most anything.

If you want to win the at MLM you need to be very organized at selling, and sell on scale, and/or be a good con artist. However, if you can do that you are better off elsewhere.
