It was a pleasant surprise that Tarlon rode up to his own keep and no one recognized him garbed as one of the Wolf Clan. Arwan led Tarlon and Kasha into the keep, taking them to his private audience chambers. Even people who had seen him everyday failed to recognize him, mainly due to the fact they were staring at the exposed flesh of Kasha.
They arrived in the chambers, and Morgosis was not there. Tarlon sat down, relieved to actually be able to sit in a chair again. Kasha sat down on her heals near by, silently taking it all in.
"I shall go an give Her Majesty the news you have returned."
"Thank you, Marshal. After that, please go and take care of yourself." Arwan bowed, and headed out of the room. Tarlon couldn't wait to see his wife again, even see his son. He was grateful to be home once more.

Marshal Arwan walked straight to the main audience chamber where Morgosis was hearing petitions. She sat straight, and spoke clearly and well. She showed no outward signs of any worry or stress she had bee feeling. The Marshal stood back until the current petitioner had been dealt with.
He stepped forward, walking down the aisle that ran to the combined thrones. When he reached the petitioner's place before the thrones, he knelt on one knee in greetings to his Queen. He stood up, seeing her question clearly on her face. His reply was a simple nod.
Aristarkus stepped forward. "Her Majesty has heard all the petitions she will for the day." Those who waited for their turn started to move from the hall. Aristarkus and Arwan merely awaited word from their Queen.
