Every so often I watch some adult animes set around revenge sex or cult worship surrounding groups of women or students. The most prominent series include "Bible Black", "Living Sex Toy Delivery" and "Sextra Credit". I recently had an idea to write a series inspired by one or all of these, where a guy is non-conned into having sex and left to die after a group of women are done with him. In my story, the Gods of justice, chaos, and vengeance take him under their wings and make him the vessel for revenge. The idea is that the women are priestesses who betrayed each of the gods to become immortal, and the Gods aim to disrupt their goals by exploiting their sexual preferences.

I could use some opinions and thoughts on how I go about making this a worthwhile read.

Excellent idea. That way I can make up names of gods rather than rely on my original concept of the Egyptian and Greek Gods of justice and chaos.

Honestly and I mean this from like, my own opinion but you can take this concept and run with it. It doesn't need to be parody! Make it an eldritch horror thing ala Bible Black, provide every circumstance via the whims of the gods to indulge. This can be an exercise in world building as much as it is outrageous Literotica.
