This is something I thought of the other day, thinking about the old king of England. Don't ask me why.
A king tells his new bride that if she doesn't produce a male heir to the thrown, she'll end up just like his last wife, beheaded. Eager to live, the new queen fucks him every chance they have. After about a year without even a pregnancy, she decides that it wasn't his first wife nor her. She comes to the conclusion that the king is sterile. (Measles at a young age can do that)
She continues to screw the king, but takes on a lover. And another lover. She has two daughters, but at least she's getting pregnant. The king decides that he'll continue to keep for awhile. She finally produces a son.
The whole kingdom comes to see the new crown prince. Half the men in the kingdom wonder if they sired the new prince.
I've got more stories half finished than I can handle. And, I was stupid enough to start a novella. If anybody wants to run with the idea, it's yours. Just PM when you've posted it.
