A day after being persecuted and harassed by the media and homosexual extremist groups for refusing to publically express an opinion on Russia's laws protecting children from homosexual proselytizing, the Rangers goalie has caved and now says he is opposed to the laws.

It appears that if you are neutral and don't express an opinion one way or the other on homosexual issues you will be subject to harassment and bullying from the homofascists.

I do realize that the author of the post is attempting to get a rise from people but to some degree he is correct as I have experienced it first hand I think. For example the picture of two female Russian athletes kissing that the press and gay community jumped on this as gay women kissing in protest. It was brought up to me by a few gay friends because I am Russian. When I saw the picture I stated the kiss looked like a kiss between friends not lovers. I explained that a close mouth kiss between same sex is not uncommon in Russia even among men. They got mad at me and one even stormed out of the cafe in anger towards me. I stand against the new Law as it is silly considering Russia has just as many gays as America. The law was mainly instituted to stop outward provocative behavior like they have in California like a gay parade with men marching in funny clothes acting out. I support gay right but I do not support outlandish behavior.
