Help!!!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!
My move is getting closer. Finally!!!. But I need to find out how long my dogs and cat need to stay in quarantine. I have bee searching sites for a couple of months, and nothing about the the length of time. I got all the other info, but not this.

Please take pity on me. I'm not leaving them behind. It would like being told to leave my kids behind

Thanx lexie, I have that site set in favorites, and emailed them for more information about 3 times in the last month, but they have yet to reply. I'll just keep looking, I even tried the US consulate here in Aus but they couldn't even help. LOL typical gov. depts. lol

where are you flying into? if it is new york city, this is the contact information for the quarantine office:

so you could try calling them. as far as i can tell, hawaii is the only US state that requires a quarantine.

also, i went to a site run by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) ( http://www.aphis.usda.gov/vs/sregs/ ) and looked at the new york state regulations ( http://www.aphis.usda.gov/vs/sregs/ny.html ) and if they are just cats and dogs then they need to be vaccinated and have a certificate of health, and that's it.
