Help!!

Is anyone familiar with using the Mihov Image Resizer?? I am trying to resize some pics for avatars, but every time I try, it tells me "Cannot create file" Any suggestions?? Any recommendations for resizing programs that are easy to use??

i use good old Windows Paint to resize images and change them to JPGs...

You can't go wrong with Ifranview. Easy to use, free, and the default settings do fine resize/resample operations with limited loss of quality.

Not to mention it can open nearly every sort of media file that exists, can be used as a capture device with a cam, can slideshow through image folders, has a small footprint... the list goes on and on.
