I got the beating of my life yesterday (though it sort of was my fault) and now my ass and legs are bruised; which would've been okay if I didn't have a dance audition to go to. I'm going to be dancing around in a leotard. The bruises and marks just wouldn't look good.....so can somebody pleaseeee help. What can i do to make it go away faster...or is there anything I can do to cover it up somehow...I've tried concealer and makeup but it just doesn't seem to be able to cover enough.....I'm desperate...

Leggings sound like your only option. or dark tights (panty hoes) Though you could apply a layer of fake tan.

Ice helps after the fact, but it is been too long to gain any benefits from it. There is nothing to help make them go away faster. Bruises are caused by the bursting of small blood vessels under the skin . There is not much you can do except try a little concealer on the areas.

Thanks...definetely will be trying the fake tan tonight. As for dark tights...that's really the last option. The dark color doesn't give me the best look under the lights....but I guess it's better then them seeing the marks.

Darlin', I might be over stepping my bounds. But was this punishment or just an ass whipping ? A good Dom might give bruises, I have trust me, but the location of these can be made to not show. It was inconsiderate and not very responsible of him or her to give you these and not realize others would see them. If this was done in anger then who ever gave them to you needs their ass whipped. If this was your Dom and they did this to you while angry then you need to get away. I have a very personal rule that I never break. I never punish or discipline while angry. When angry it is not punishment but assault.

There are a lot of ways to hurt someone without leaving marks.

What did you do to merit such punishment?

My thoughts on this without knowing the details is that it was irresponsible to mark you in such a way knowing that it would affect your audition. He could have saved it for after.

Thank you for your concern. It was most definetely a punishment. Something he told me to expect prior to seeing Him yesterday. And technically; i did get bruises in places that people can't see. I work a full time office job...and dancing and being an actress is just something I wish I can do full time. (but it just doesn't pay the bills. Though that's a whole new topic all together). I also didn't know about my audition until this morning when my agent called. And even so...usually my auditions doesn't require me to wear leotards. But I do appreciate your concerns.....but meanwhile..i'm still feeling OUCH.

And LordDragon....who knows.....maybe this did teach me a lesson...or two. I think I did learn some things. But whether or not I can stick to it....well....I'm trying

Arnica is a herbal cream or in tablet form which is used on bruising for healing. briuses do heal quickly with it, but not in 24 hrs!

GO to a Dance wear store. Get Dancer's tights. They will cover anything! I did ballroom comps for a while all the girls that have such great legs? often don't. That will take care of those.
