HOW DO I DELETE FOLDERS THAT I DO NOT HAVE ,IT KEEPS SAYING MY BOX IS FULL AND I CAN'T GET ANY OF MY PMS;*(
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE...THANKS!!

Hey pretty, Im not sure as im still pretty new at this, but I had the same problem, then I went into the "sent" folder and it was full, I just deleted them and it was ok.

I agree....I think its probably your sent pm's that are tying you up......(wish it was me).
