Help with writing a story!

I need help writing a story idea! There are concepts floating around my head but every time I sit down to write I get completely lost and I can't make up any dialogue or action for the characters! My first idea is about an 18-year-old dude named Josh who can't get a girlfriend because he's too shy and immature. His older brother on the other hand has a girlfriend named Gwen. The relationship between Josh and Gwen is strictly platonic. Back when Gwen was in college she had a roommate named Kristen Gwen and Kristen were best friends and still are. Kristen is 26 now and she has an appetite for younger guys. Josh and his brother go to celebrate Glenn's birthday in a party held in a restaurant. The group sits together around the table. Kristen spots Josh. Kristen gets excited and mildly flirts with Josh. Josh is shy. Afterwords Josh and Kristen secretly talk to each other online. How far do you think this can go for the both of them???

Well. It all depends. This is a very real story possibility. It could work out between them. Maybe, after they get to know each other well enough, it can move ahead about 2-4 years when they have a child on the way or something.

Throw them together in an accidental "oops" situation where contact/mutual attraction is unavoidable. They have explored their feelings somewhat, it would seem plausible... The brother has left for work, Kristen stayed to take a shower, has a malfunction requiring Josh's help... she's naked... etc.
