Help with registering

I'm having a problem. I want to register so that i can participate in RP's. The problem is that every time i try, it says i am already registered (my roomie is a member of this site, and because of cookies, Literotica thinks that i am her).
I checked out the FAQ and it said...You may delete all cookies set in this forum by clicking on the log out link on the homepage....

Problem is, i cannot find the logout link. Can anyone help me?

Go to the Home...

Page then click the link to the BB.

At the very bottom of the page on the right hand side of the list it has a LOG OUT link.

Put the cursur over the Log out and click it, it then asks you to click to return to the BB.

Then go and register then go back to the same place on the BB and it will have a LOG In box and a password box.

Put in your Name and password and there you will be.

Go here http://www.literotica.com/stories/index.php and try to sign up there, see if it works.

That indicates you aren't logged in, so you don't need to logout before you go here:

(Which is the link under the icon in the upper right of every page that says "register.")

Tried again. Says i am registered with my roommate's screenname already. Everytime i am on, it says she is online (at bottom of bb page). If this is so, i should be able to log her out..right? Do i need to turn my cookies off?

Think of all this when you register. Maybe a name that you have always liked?

I'm me, I'm too boring to come up with anything else, plain old Nicole, but I love my name so it works out perfectly.

I had the same problem. Ask your roomate to go to his/her profile or options. There is a place where she can shut off cookies and it wont remember either of your names when you log on. Then it will allow you to register.

I like:

Movies...comedies, romance, drama, thrillers. Anything with Tom Cruise, Russel Crowe, Mel Gibson, Brad Pitt, Ben and Matt (can't you tell I'm a girl? )

Books...romances mostly, also anything by John Grisham or Iris Johansen

Music(here's where it gets wierd)...The Beatles, Garth Brooks, George Strait, BB King, Eric Clapton, Harry Connick Jr., Limp Bizkit, Creed, Godsmack, Jimmy Buffett

I like to draw, paint, travel and cook. I'm a generally happy person. I'll laugh at just about anything, even someone just looking at me.

As you can see, i like alot of stuff, so its difficult to come up with something.

Cookie Monsteress would be a cool name.

Cookie Monster on the ohter hand would forever link your image to that of a rather dimwitted furry creature who eats anything that resembles a cookie. A tough Image to overcome if you want to be taken seriously. <G>

You also make a good point about the gender bias of the name you choose. There are several members who constantly have to correct misaprehensions about their gender.

Your best choice is a nickname you've had in RL that you think fits you.
