Help with pics....

Hi!

Is there anyone around that can resize a few pics for me? (OK, five, lol.) I have a resizer, but it fades and dulls so badly that I only use it on very clear pics. With my pitiful webcam, I seldom get very clear pics.
Also, if possible, I would like my current av lightened just a bit?
