Help with name of story!

I'm looking for a series I've read before. A young guy has to help out his neighbor over the summer by repairing her pool and getting it fixed up. Her husband is an ass, the young guy falls in love with her. But he also helps out the other older women in the neighborhood and they all have different sexual preferences. One girl even wanted to stage a fake rape scenario. Can anyone help me out?
