Help with logging in

I need help from someone with computer expertise. I cannot log in with the laptop I usually use. It simply returns me to the blank log in page. I wrote for help to Lit info and they told me there was something screwy with my cookies. They gave me a web address that supposedly would wipe out my cookies for this site. But I tried if several times and no luck. I have written again, but no response. I really would like to log on without finding another computer. Any help would be much appreciated.

Press the start button, click find, type 'cookies'. You will get a list of places that keep cookies on your computer (different windows different places) any and all cookies that you find can be deleted without killing your computer. It may slow down your surfing for a week or two to build them back up though.

A common problem for returning to the log in page is that your name sometimes but more likely your password is case sensitive.

If your password was STEVE then Steve or steve won't work.

That's as much as I know.
