Did you maybe use lube with the condom, or a lubricated condom, but were too dry without? But yeah, definitely see a doctor, we can only guess randomly.

I had this happen to a girl I was with once. The strange thing was it only happened the one time. I think sometimes something can throw the chemistry of a guy's semen off enough to have it irritate a woman. I don't know if it is from food, or medication or what, but...
