Help to quit smoking

I'm thinking of a story where one character is trying to quit smoking, and the other character offers various sexual rewards for each increment of progress. Possibilities:

• Brother and sister: sister wants brother to quit, and offers him a handjob after a week of no smoking, a blowjob after two weeks, etc. I suppose it could also work with father/daughter or mother/son.
• Non-incest: one dude really wants to have sex with a certain girl, but she is turned off by his smoking. She makes him the same deal as the bro and sis.
• Therapist and patient: the therapist specializes in smoking cessation, but has one patient who really, really can't quit. So she has to up her game to maintain her success rate.

I like what’s behind door #3. The therapist/patient scenario could be really hot. Perhaps the therapist unsuspectingly catches the outline of an overly large trouser snake under her patient’s jeans, and that causes her heart rate to quicken slightly…?

Thanks for the rec, @Bramblethorn ! I actually also published an edited version focusing just on this part of the story, called The Bet, where Laura agrees sexual favours if her old friend Adrian manages to quit smoking.

Basically it's the version minus gay sex; she also posts an online ad for him, "Single guy desperate to suck cock - quitting smoking means he needs something long and smooth in his mouth. Excellent blow job if you can get here ASAP." and most of Smoking Hot is about his eventual relationship with the man who turns up.

I'm really not sure what your point is here. I'm rarely about realism or plausibility in my stories. I'm more about entertainment. Although I really don't think this idea is all that implausible.

That is precisely my point. I venture to suggest you don't know your average woman in the real world. Even the most slovenly of slags would probably value herself above the sort of malarkey you're positing. Well, maybe, if we're talking tobacco, in a pipe dream..?

"We"? A somewhat jaw-dropping assumption that what applies to one person applies to everyone. Still, yes, I do understand your point that some can happily write about nonsense... and I take your "hardly possible/plausible" comment as confirmation of your realisation of that.

Plausibility is something which, although a very valuable goal for any genuine writer to achieve, bothers conspicuously precious few on this site.

Very high level view. There's this idea out there where you agree to donate money to a cause/candidate you hate if you screw up. In this case you get screwed if you light up.
