Hello everyone, the story starts with two twin sisters finishing a cross country race. One twin always wins, the other (I think called Stephanie or stephie) had been drugging sister using drugs she got off a teacher at school. Good tip! From exploring the author profile, I'm sure it must be "The Second Place Sister" by Tori Hamlin. Looks like it was removed because it is offered for sale on another site.
