Help! Searching for a joke from Lit, but can't find it without the Search function

I'm searching for an old thread, it had lots of jokes in it, I can't remember most of them though. One in particular stands out in my mind.
It was a comedic poem about mamograms, and I think the thread (though possibly not the joke itself) was at the top of the board within the last few weeks. Anybody remember it? Or better yet, have it stored to put up in here?
I looked through the threads, went back 53 pages, either it wasn't there or I skipped right by, so I'm trying this route.
