Help plz. Avatar problem

Can anybody tell me how can I add an avatar to my account?
Because in the User CP>Edit Avatar section it is only a "Do not use an avatar" option, and there is no other way that I can upload one of my pictures to make it an avatar.

Need 100 posts to have an avatar.

And then 1000 to change your title.
